2. Documents Required for SECP Registration

- For directors/shareholders: clear copies of CNIC (or passport for foreign nationals).
- Contact Info: Active mobile number and email address for each director (for SECP OTP verification).
- Company Name: Three proposed names in order of preference.
- Registered Address: A copy of a recent utility bill or rent agreement for the business location.
- Principal Line of Business: A brief description of what your company will actually do.
- Capital Details: The amount of “Startup Capital” (minimum usually starts from PKR 100,000).
