- The NICs of all Directors (Company)/ Partners (Firm)/ Proprietors (Sole Proprietorships)
- Attested Copies of passports of Directors (Company)/ Partners (Firm) (Only for foreign nationals)
- An attested copy of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association (For companies)
- Attested Copy of Inc. Form-II (For companies)
- An attested copy of Form 29 (for SECP-registered companies only)
- A certified copy of the incorporation certificate (only for SECP registered companies)
- An attested copy of the Partnership deed (for partnership-based firms)
- A certified copy of the Form-C (for registered firms)
- Original Bank Account Maintenance Certificate
PSEB Registration Procedure
In order to register with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), you must adhere to the prescribed procedure.
Once the process is completed, it can take up to 5-6 working days for the certificate of registration to be delivered to you.
It’s important to attach the necessary documents when completing the application form. These documents are a vital component that must be submitted in order for your application to be considered.
The national identity documents of every Director, Shareholder, Partner and Proprietor must be provided. This includes their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
For non-residents, copies of the passports of directors, shareholders and partners are required.
A certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association must be supplied for companies registered with the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
For SECP-registered companies, an authenticated version of Form 29 must be submitted.
A copy of the official Incorporation certificate for those companies that are registered with the State Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) is required.
A Partnership based organization must provide an authenticated partnership deed as part of its registration procedure. This agreement certifies the permission and responsibility shared between the partners.
A certified copy of the company’s registration certificate should be supplied. This document is necessary if the firm is already incorporated.
This document shows the financial position of a business over the past six months. It reflects their income, expenses and balance. The information provided in this statement is vital in examining the success of a company’s operations during the period.
